Met dank aan Martin Vos met wie ik een hoofdstuk voor Het Alternatief 2 schreef, heeft Engeström (2007) me (weer) geïnspireerd met een van zijn concepten: mycorrhizae.
Engeström (2007) beschrijft dat groeien als knotworking, en daarbij gebruikt hij als metafoor het ondergrondse netwerk van de vruchtlichamen van paddenstoelen en wortels van planten (mycorrhizae).
A mycorrhizae formation is simultaneously a living, expanding process (or bundle of developing connections) and a relatively durable, stabilized structure; both a mental landscape and a material infrastructure. (p. 11)
Deze herfst zal ik proberen deze knoopwerken van voeding te voorzien. Hieronder het menu.
